Fat, Low and So... these are the words for an average Joe, coincidently it also the sound whinning as cantonese. Which I hope not the main purpose of this blog, indeed this would be a place for express, reveal, explore, share rather than a spot of trashing any negative element. Hopefully this will bring some enjoyment, factors, attention or whatever. And final but not last wish the coming years, all the people will not fall in this category of fat, low and so. Ironman or Daddy

Without you aware, now is the season people talk about new year resolution. The busiest time in a year for those weight clubs, month January and February (Yeah, that is pretty much how far people passion can hang). After busy running my mind crazy about new year resolution, then I conclude couple belows;
- Spend 30 min daily to read El bedtime story.
- Brush El teeth daily.
- Restrict El's TV watching time.
- Spend more time with El.
- Run minimum twice a week. Each time minimum 2 miles.
- Ride once a week.
Not too difficult task, I should able to take it. Will check back by June.

Time really fly, six months already of being together. What a happy family.

Meeting Old Folk

Hate to reveal woman age, anyway this is a reunion of after 2009-1994= 15 years. A lot of good old time memory and conversation.Emmmm...

Year 2009

The first I do mountain biking, I love downhill. Enjoying the speed and trail maneuver. However, trail is not always down. We must go thru the up and down cycle. Matter of fact, the tough uphill climbing memory always last longer than the downhill sloping. Year 2009, I see that as a long distance, lung busting climb. One stroke at a time, a series of small progressive move. Avoid sudden direction or momentum change to conserve energy. Eyes open for unexpected rock up front. Sit tight and low body posture to keep the front wheel on ground. Even take a break to catch breath. Doing all of these in order to make sure I can hang till the top of the hill and guarantee enjoy the wind flow thru my ears again.
