Decisive Moment

The moment become more reality now. I got another call inform offering. Now, what is the next step? Look into the offer, and plan to resign;
Offer letter contain:
- KH sponsorship? Financial and document.
(When I should expect this?)

Resignation:
- When should I dump the letter to FB? With what reason? How can I wrap this up beautifully. Or wrapping up is no longer my major concern? Interview is a skill, working is an art, what about resign? is a hell? I hope not...
